Note that "child" means YOUR child, however old they happen to be. I generally work with 'children' in their teen years and older.
Get 10 sessions to use as you wish, sharing them between you and your child. Let's get you (both) feeling better.
You could each take 5 sessions or if you feel your child needs them more than you ... or you could use them more than your child ... then split them up in a way that works for you.
Decide as you go. It's entirely flexible.
Sessions will be between 1-2 hours, depending on need, your availability, and your child's capacity.
